Notes/Domino and Open Source

I really like the way that IBM/Lotus have embraced Open Source. With Linux as an OS alternative for servers and desktops, not to mention having Open Source alternatives for office suite software, what will this mean to Microsoft in the next few years? It appears that their stranglehold on the corporate budget is weakening more and more. Do you think Microsoft will eventually *truly embrace* Open Source solutions and not just pay it lip service?
